Coming from a background of fine art photography and graphic design, Kevin started incorporating his unique style into motion graphics in 1999.

Since then he has VJd for the likes of the Orb, Tiesto, and Kid606. Kevlar is a regular on the bay area scene and has performed at most of the major venues in San Francisco. He has travelled widely, and recently finished a tour in Japan. Outside the VJ world, Kevlar has collaborated on documentry films including “Shiva Show” India, photographed for several magazines including XLR8R, completed pilots for VH1, and has saved a child on national television. He also has a burgeoning second career as a bus driver.

Kevlar is one of the most prolific LRV artist, with several upcoming tracks. His newest VJ single is a “premix” collaboration with MMM (the VJ brains behind Motiondive Tokyo). He is also releasing 2 audiovisual tracks on the upcoming AV album “Notation”.
