Brian Clark recieved his BA in Art from UCA and completed post graduate work at California State usniversity. He has won several Emmy awards and the International Broadcast Design Award for his work as a broadcast designer and animator. Founding his film group 23degrees he holds quarterly events to showcase the work of independant film makers and artists.
